Strategic Priorities Deck
PRESENTATION DESIGNWith the hiring of a new Executive Director in 2020, Lan Su Chinese Garden executive staff and board of directors embarked on an organizational strategy evaluation and planning process. At the end of the process, they had come up with five concerted goals, as well as four discinct values on which to base the organization’s programming and expansion from 2022 - 2024.
I took the information from this planning process, and created a presentation deck highlighting Lan Su’s history, values, goals, and strategies.

Taking inspiration from the garden’s moon gate, I used the visual repition of the circle to create unity and rhythm throughout the document. The full moon represents family togetherness and celebration which echo the themes of increased community engagement and culutural connection named in the strategic priorities.
